How do customers earn points?

Points are credited after a successful purchase, using your earning rate and the customer’s VIP multiplier. Active campaigns can multiply the points earned on matching products. Customers see their balance and points history in their account, so they can check what they’ve earned and used.

How do customers spend their points?

Signed-in customers choose how many points to apply at checkout and see the discount before paying. Points reduce the order total according to your reward value. They are a discount in your store, with no cash payout or separate gift card to claim.

What moves a customer into a higher tier?

Their lifetime spending in your store. Set a spending threshold and points multiplier for each tier; YNS determines their level automatically. Spending points does not spend their tier progress. Customers can see how much more they need to spend to reach the next level.

Which reward rules can I control?

Choose the base earning rate, how much points are worth, and the minimum number needed to redeem. Customers redeem from their available balance. For campaigns, choose the products and dates; if campaigns overlap on a product, the highest matching campaign multiplier applies alongside the customer’s tier multiplier.
