Will it fit the way you sell?
How do stock and reservations differ?
On-hand stock includes units still physically held. Reserved units are committed to orders; available units can still be sold. Unavailable goods, such as damaged stock, are separate again. Packing alone does not dispatch stock or release a reservation.
Which supplier documents can I use?
Warehouse can create draft receipts from supported documents, including PDFs and photos, or from manual entry. Review product matching, whole-unit quantities and any batch information before receiving the goods. Extraction helps prepare the receipt; your confirmation posts it.
Does every product need a batch?
No. Enable lot tracking where it fits the product, such as supplements with expiry dates. Ordinary products can use receiving and reservations without batch layers. Expiry and best-before dates have different meanings, so enter the appropriate details.
How do I start using Warehouse?
Warehouse requires activation and an eligible plan. The activation review accounts for existing stock and outstanding commitments. Activation is permanent, so review the fit with your team first; basic stock tracking does not require this receiving workflow.
