Questions
- Do I need to move my shop to YNS?
- No. Your shop stays on Shopify, WooCommerce or wherever it runs. YNS hosts the reviews and sends the review emails.
- What happens to the reviews I already have?
- Import them from a CSV export of Judge.me, Yotpo or Shopify Product Reviews. They keep their stars, author and date, and appear once YNS approves the import.
- Which reviews get the Verified purchase mark?
- Only reviews written from a link YNS sent to one of your buyers, or from an order on a YNS store. Imported reviews are shown without it.
- Can I move my whole shop to YNS later?
- Yes. Your Review Hub turns into a full YNS store in one click, with the same products, reviews and team.
