Put the right products on offer.

Give customers a reason to add another favourite. Promotions are built into your store, using the products, collections and prices you already manage. Choose the offer, decide when it runs, and make the saving part of the purchase.

Set the dates. Keep the timing clear.

Prepare an offer before it is needed, with a start and an end date. The promotion follows that window, giving your team a clear reference when planning the store, a newsletter or a launch.

Give every discount a place.

Use a coupon when customers should enter a code, and an automatic promotion when the offer should apply as they shop. Set promotion stacking and priority deliberately, so overlapping offers follow the application order you have chosen.

A few details before you begin.

When should I use an automatic offer or a code?

Use an automatic promotion for an offer that applies when its conditions are met. Use a coupon for a code you share in a campaign or with a customer. Both can be scoped to products; the key difference is how the customer triggers the discount.

Learn about promotions

Which products can I put on offer?

Choose specific products, choose collections, or leave the selection open for a store-wide promotion. Percentage and fixed-amount discounts support different offers. A minimum quantity can make an offer depend on how many eligible units the customer adds.

Can I prepare a promotion in advance?

Yes. Set its start and end dates in the promotion editor, then check the selected products and discount before the window begins. Keep the dates in your campaign message consistent with those settings.

How do overlapping offers combine?

Stacking controls whether promotions can combine, and priority controls their application order. A lower priority number applies first. Review overlapping promotions and coupon rules together before launch; priority does not automatically choose the largest saving for the customer.
