Connect it yourself, in Add-ons.
Sign in with your own marketplace seller account and grant access once. No reseller sits in between, no separate subscription, and your seller fees stay between you and the marketplace.
Publish products from the editor you already use. Orders arrive in your normal Orders view. Stock moves in both directions on its own, so a marketplace sale can’t oversell your storefront – and neither can a storefront sale.

Two-way stock · Built into YNS
When something sells on the marketplace, YNS records the order and lowers the stock in the same moment – so it only comes down once, even if the import has to run again. When something sells on your storefront – or you refund an order, recount a shelf, or edit stock in bulk – YNS tells the marketplace the new total: “this one is now 57”, never “take one off”.
If a sale and an edit ever land at the same moment, a sweep every ten minutes settles the difference. Cancelled marketplace orders put the stock back.
Publishing
Open a product, open the marketplace row, and pick the category from the ones the marketplace suggests. YNS loads that category’s required fields, splits them between the offer and the product, and carries your name, description, price and images across.
Your shipping terms, returns and complaints terms and responsible producer are set once as publishing defaults, so they are already filled in the next time.
Marketplace orders arrive about a minute after they are placed, in the same list as your storefront sales – same statuses, same packing, same labels, same invoices. Nothing is keyed in twice, and importing the same order twice is impossible by design.
Your analytics keep them apart where it matters: marketplace sales are reported as their own channel rather than being dropped into direct traffic.
Sign in with your own marketplace seller account and grant access once. No reseller sits in between, no separate subscription, and your seller fees stay between you and the marketplace.
A store in test mode connects to Allegro’s sandbox instead of the live marketplace, with its own connection and its own publishing defaults. Practise a listing and an order before anything real is at stake.
Reliability
Marketplace access expires. When a marketplace stops accepting your connection, YNS emails you, flags it in the add-on, and stops pretending everything is fine. Sync failures are recorded against the integration, once a day rather than once a minute, so the log stays readable.
Beyond the connector
Three feed URLs come with your store, always current: Google Merchant Center for Shopping, Meta for Facebook and Instagram shops, and a JSON feed for AI assistants so ChatGPT and tools like it can see what you sell. Copy the URL into the platform once; there is nothing to export again.
Shopping agents can also check out on your store directly, through the open agent-commerce protocols, using your real stock, shipping and prices.
Ask Elliot AI
Elliot works through the same store API as the admin. Ask it to get a product ready for a marketplace and it does the catalog work – the fields, the stock, the price – then hands you the listing to confirm.
Get House Blend 250 g ready to list on the marketplace – set the EAN to 5901234123457, the brand to Fieldwork, and make sure stock is tracked.
Everything the marketplace asks for is filled in. Publish from the marketplace panel on the product when you’re ready – that step is yours.
No extra app
Selling on a marketplace usually means paying for a third tool to sit in the middle and shuttle products and orders back and forth. Here the connector is part of your admin: you connect your own seller account, and your store and your listings stay one thing. Allegro today, with Amazon and eBay in beta.
Good to know
Allegro, with your own seller account, connected from Add-ons and free while in beta. Amazon and eBay are in beta with a small group of merchants – join the waitlist above. Google, Facebook, Instagram and AI assistants read your catalog through product feeds rather than a connector.
Handle those on the marketplace. Buyer cancellations come through and put the stock back automatically, but customer returns, disputes and buyer messages are not managed from YNS yet.
One listing is created per product, from its first variant, and it is priced in the marketplace’s own currency rather than your store’s. If you sell a size range as a single listing, or your store prices in another currency, bring that to the demo – it is the most common reason the fit isn’t right yet.
No. The connector is part of your admin, and there is no middleman between you and the marketplace. Marketplace fees are the marketplace’s, under your own seller agreement.
Each marketplace sets its own conditions before it will accept a listing: shipping terms, a returns and complaints policy, and in the EU a responsible producer for GPSR. YNS checks them before you publish and names the one that is missing, rather than letting the listing be rejected.
Open a store and connect Allegro in sandbox in a few minutes, or bring a product you already sell on a marketplace to a demo and we’ll publish it together.
