Sync your catalog with product feeds

Use ready-made feed URLs to list your products on Google Shopping, Facebook and Instagram, and AI shopping assistants.

A product feed is a single web address that always contains an up-to-date list of everything you sell. Paste it into Google, Meta, or another platform and your catalog appears there — and stays current as you add products and change prices, with no re-uploading.

Find your feeds

Open Settings → Product feeds. Each feed has a copy button next to its URL.

Google Merchant CenterCSVGoogle Shopping. Paste the URL into your Merchant Center account to sync your catalog.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)CSVMeta Commerce Manager. Use it to create a product catalog for Facebook and Instagram shops.
OpenAIJSONMakes your products discoverable by ChatGPT and other OpenAI-powered shopping assistants.

Set one up

  1. Copy the feed URL for the platform you're using.
  2. In that platform, add a scheduled or fetched feed and paste the URL.
  3. Let it fetch. Most platforms then re-fetch on their own schedule, so your catalog stays in step with your store.

Tip: Feeds are only as good as your product data. Missing images, thin descriptions, or vague titles get products rejected — so tidy the catalog before you submit, not after.

What makes a feed pass review

Shopping platforms are fussy, and for good reason. Before you submit:

  • Real product titles that say what the thing is, not just a brand name.
  • A good image on every product — see Add and manage product images.
  • Accurate prices and availability — see Manage inventory.
  • Descriptions that describe rather than repeat the title.

AI shopping assistants

The OpenAI feed is worth setting up even if you don't run ads. More shoppers are starting product searches inside AI assistants, and a feed is how you become one of the answers rather than being invisible to them.

FAQ

How often does the feed update?

The feed URL always reflects your current catalog. How often it's read is set by the platform consuming it — most re-fetch daily.

Do I need a Google or Meta account?

Yes. The feed is your side of the connection; the account, its policies, and any ad spend live with them.

Can I feed only some products?

The feed covers your published catalog. Unpublish or archive anything you don't want listed — see Add a product.

My products were rejected.

Check the platform's diagnostics — it usually names the field. Missing images, prices, and thin descriptions are the usual culprits.
