Connect Przelewy24

Take Przelewy24 payments – bank transfers, BLIK, cards, Google Pay and PayPo – and choose which methods shoppers see at checkout.

Przelewy24 lets your customers pay by fast bank transfer, BLIK, card, Google Pay or PayPo, depending on what your Przelewy24 account offers. Each method you pick shows as its own option at checkout, next to bank transfer and cash on delivery if you take them.

Note: Przelewy24 is being rolled out store by store. If you don't see it under Add-ons, contact us and we'll switch it on for your store.

1. Find your keys

In the Przelewy24 panel, go to My account → My details → API data and configuration and copy:

  • Merchant ID and POS ID (often the same number)
  • CRC key
  • API key (Przelewy24 calls it the "reports key")

To try payments without real money, use a sandbox account. Przelewy24 turns on a sandbox only for an account that already has production access: switch it on under My account → SANDBOX account, then take the same four keys from the sandbox panel at sandbox.przelewy24.pl.

If the panel has an IP address field filled in, tell us before you connect: our servers don't use a fixed address, and Przelewy24 refuses calls from addresses that aren't listed.

2. Connect the account

  1. Go to Add-ons → Przelewy24.
  2. Open the Live tab for your production keys, or Test for sandbox keys.
  3. Paste the Merchant ID, CRC key and API key. Leave POS ID empty if it's the same as the Merchant ID.
  4. Click Connect. We check the keys with Przelewy24 before saving them. If you pasted sandbox keys under Live (or the other way round), you'll be told.
  5. Make sure Show Przelewy24 at checkout is on.

3. Choose the methods at checkout

Below the keys, Payment methods at checkout lists every method Przelewy24 offers your account. Tick the ones shoppers should see and drag them into order. The first one is selected when a shopper opens the checkout. Przelewy24 still hides a method a cart's total doesn't allow, for example PayPo outside its limits.

How a payment works

When a customer picks a method and pays, the order is created straight away and waits for the payment. It shows Awaiting payment on your orders list, and its items are set aside. The customer finishes paying on Przelewy24 with that method already chosen.

  • Paid: once Przelewy24 confirms, the order becomes Paid and the customer gets the usual confirmation email.
  • Not paid within 15 minutes: the order is cancelled and shows Unpaid. Its items go back to stock. See orders waiting for an online payment.

Refunds

Open a paid Przelewy24 order and issue a full or partial refund as usual. Przelewy24 processes refunds in the background: the refund shows as pending first, and the order becomes Refunded or Partially refunded once Przelewy24 confirms it.
