Ship with Polish carriers

Connect Furgonetka, InPost, or GLS to print labels from your orders, offer locker and parcel-shop delivery at checkout, and keep customers updated automatically.

Shipping to customers in Poland means lockers and parcel shops, not just doorsteps — the majority of Polish shoppers expect to choose a pickup point at checkout. You have three ways to connect a carrier, and you can use more than one.

Add-onBest when
FurgonetkaYou want one account covering InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka and more, with their pricing
InPostLockers are most of your volume and you have your own InPost contract
GLSYou have a GLS Poland contract and ship to parcel shops or to the door

All three do the same core job: turn a paid order into a label you can print, and keep the customer informed without you writing emails.

Furgonetka

Furgonetka is a shipping platform that connects your store to InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka, and more — set it up once and choose carriers per shipment instead of juggling separate accounts.

What the integration does

  • Labels without the busywork. When an order is paid, the shipping label is generated automatically. No copying addresses, no separate label tool.
  • Tracking emails to your customers. As the carrier picks up and delivers the package, your customer receives tracking updates by email — you don't have to send "your order is on its way" messages yourself. You can opt out of these emails in your shipping settings if you'd rather handle updates your own way.
  • A shipment timeline on the order. Carrier events show up on the order detail, so when a customer asks where their package is, the answer is one glance away.
  • Pickup point selection. Customers shipping to a parcel locker or pickup point can choose it on a map at checkout.

Before you start

  • A Furgonetka account. Create one at furgonetka.pl if you don't have one — it's where your carrier contracts and pricing live.
  • Shipping methods set up. Your rates and delivery options still come from Shipping methods; Furgonetka handles the labels and tracking behind them.

Connect Furgonetka

  1. Open Settings and find the shipping or integrations section.
  2. Choose to connect Furgonetka and sign in with your Furgonetka account.
  3. Pick the carriers you want to offer — you can enable several and choose per shipment.
  4. Place a test order to confirm a label is generated once the order is paid.

InPost

Connect InPost directly and you get the locker experience Polish shoppers expect, on your own InPost contract.

At checkout, buyers pick their locker from a search-first picker: type a postal code and get the nearest lockers, or search by street or locker code. No map to fight with on a phone.

On the order, you create the shipment from the order sidebar when you're ready. YNS suggests the right parcel size (gabaryt) from your products' dimensions — erring on the generous side, since undersizing is what InPost charges extra for — and you can override it. You can also set a store-wide fallback size for products with no dimensions recorded.

Origin lockers: if you drop off at a locker rather than book a courier, set your preferred drop-off lockers once and shipments use them by default.

Tracking updates arrive from InPost automatically and drive the order status and customer emails.

Tip: Enter width, height, depth, and weight on your products. It costs you ten minutes and it's what lets the parcel size be suggested correctly on every future order — see Add a product.

GLS

For merchants with a GLS Poland contract, covering both door delivery and parcel shops.

Connect it with your GLS WebAPI credentials, per environment, on the add-on card. They're verified when you save, and the two things that usually block onboarding — needing the WebAPI flag enabled on your account, and needing a dedicated API login rather than your normal one — are called out in plain language rather than as an error code.

At checkout, buyers choose a GLS parcel shop from a search by postal code or street.

On the order, create the shipment from the sidebar. Weight is prefilled from your product data and the pickup date defaults to the next working day. A shipment can be deleted while it's still in your preparing box, which is the fix for a wrong weight. Choose your label format once, store-wide.

Tracking: GLS doesn't push updates, so YNS polls their Track & Trace service for your shipments and updates the order and the customer from that. It needs the separate Track & Trace credentials, so it's optional.

FAQ

Which carriers can I ship with?

Through Furgonetka: the major carriers operating in Poland, including InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, and Orlen Paczka. You can also connect InPost and GLS directly on your own contracts.

Should I use Furgonetka or connect a carrier directly?

Furgonetka if you don't have carrier contracts of your own, or you want one place to compare and switch between several. Direct if you already have a negotiated rate with InPost or GLS — you keep your own pricing, and the checkout picker and label flow are built specifically for that carrier.

Can I use more than one at once?

Yes. Connect several and each appears as its own shipping option, and you choose which carrier to use per shipment.

Do my customers get tracking emails automatically?

Yes. Once a label exists, carrier events trigger tracking emails to the customer. If you prefer to communicate shipping updates yourself, you can turn these emails off in your shipping settings.

Do I need separate contracts with each carrier?

Not with Furgonetka — your Furgonetka account is the single place where carrier pricing and contracts live. Connecting InPost or GLS directly does require a contract with that carrier.

What if I ship outside Poland or with another carrier?

For US shipping, connect Shippo. For anywhere else, you can still fulfill any order manually: mark it shipped and share the tracking number with your customer, as described in Fulfill and ship an order.
