Yes. Once your custom domain is connected and your store is published, anyone who opens your free .yns.store address – or an old link to one of its pages – lands on the same page on your custom domain. Links you've already shared stay valid.
Search engines are told the move is permanent, so they show your custom domain in results instead of listing your store twice. If your custom domain stops working, for example because its DNS records were changed, the free address goes back to showing your store until the domain is fixed.
