Connect your Allegro account, publish products as offers, keep them in sync, and receive Allegro orders in your YNS dashboard.

Allegro is where a huge share of Polish online shopping happens — and your store can sell there without managing a second catalog. Connect your Allegro account once, publish products as Allegro offers, and handle the resulting orders right alongside your store's own.

What the integration does

  • Connect with your Allegro account. Authorization happens through Allegro's own sign-in (OAuth) — you grant access once and YNS takes it from there.
  • Publish products as offers. Pick products from your catalog and publish them to Allegro without retyping titles, descriptions, or prices.
  • Stay in sync. Changes flow between your catalog and your Allegro offers, so you're not maintaining two versions of the truth.
  • Orders come to you. Purchases made on Allegro are imported into your YNS orders, so fulfillment works the same way whether a sale came from your store or the marketplace.

Before you start

  • An Allegro seller account. Your seller registration, ratings, and marketplace fees live with Allegro.
  • A tidy catalog. Offers are built from your products, so good names, images, and prices in your catalog make for good listings.

Connect and publish

  1. Open Settings and find the integrations section.
  2. Choose to connect Allegro and sign in with your Allegro seller account to authorize the connection.
  3. Select the products you want to list and publish them as offers.
  4. Watch Allegro orders appear in your Orders section as they come in.

FAQ

Do I need a separate tool to manage Allegro orders?

No. Orders placed on Allegro are imported into your YNS dashboard, so you fulfill them the same way as store orders — see Fulfill and ship an order.

Does publishing to Allegro change my store?

No. Your store and your Allegro offers are separate sales channels built from the same catalog. Publishing a product as an offer doesn't affect how it appears in your store.

What about Allegro's own fees?

Marketplace fees are set and charged by Allegro under your seller agreement with them. YNS doesn't add fees on top.
