Ship with Polish carriers via Furgonetka
Connect Furgonetka once to ship with InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, and Orlen Paczka — labels are generated automatically and customers get tracking emails.
If you ship to customers in Poland, one integration covers all the carriers they expect. Furgonetka is a shipping platform that connects your store to InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka, and more — so you set it up once and choose carriers per shipment instead of juggling separate accounts.
What the integration does
- Labels without the busywork. When an order is paid, the shipping label is generated automatically. No copying addresses, no separate label tool.
- Tracking emails to your customers. As the carrier picks up and delivers the package, your customer receives tracking updates by email — you don't have to send "your order is on its way" messages yourself. You can opt out of these emails in your shipping settings if you'd rather handle updates your own way.
- A shipment timeline on the order. Carrier events show up on the order detail, so when a customer asks where their package is, the answer is one glance away.
- Pickup point selection. Customers shipping to a parcel locker or pickup point can choose it on a map at checkout.
Before you start
- A Furgonetka account. Create one at furgonetka.pl if you don't have one — it's where your carrier contracts and pricing live.
- Shipping methods set up. Your rates and delivery options still come from Shipping methods; Furgonetka handles the labels and tracking behind them.
Connect Furgonetka
- Open Settings and find the shipping or integrations section.
- Choose to connect Furgonetka and sign in with your Furgonetka account.
- Pick the carriers you want to offer — you can enable several and choose per shipment.
- Place a test order to confirm a label is generated once the order is paid.
How a shipped order flows
| Step | What happens | Who acts |
|---|---|---|
| Order is paid | Shipping label is generated automatically | Nothing to do |
| You pack and hand off | Carrier picks up the package | You — print the label and pack |
| Carrier reports progress | Customer gets tracking emails; the order shows a shipment timeline | Nothing to do |
FAQ
Which carriers can I ship with?
Furgonetka connects you to the major carriers operating in Poland — including InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, and Orlen Paczka. You choose which ones to offer and can pick a carrier per shipment.
Do my customers get tracking emails automatically?
Yes. Once a label exists, carrier events trigger tracking emails to the customer. If you prefer to communicate shipping updates yourself, you can turn these emails off in your shipping settings.
Do I need separate contracts with each carrier?
No — that's the point of the integration. Your Furgonetka account is the single place where carrier pricing and contracts live.
What if I ship outside Poland or with another carrier?
You can still fulfill any order manually: mark it shipped and share the tracking number with your customer, as described in Fulfill and ship an order.
