Your Next Store Fair Use Policy

All pricing plans and quotations provided by Your Next Store are subject to fair use This Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure that our platform resources are used reasonably and equitably by all users.

Fair Use Guidelines

Fair use of the Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Products: A reasonable number of products appropriate to your plan tier (typically up to 10,000 products for standard plans)
• Traffic: Normal e-commerce traffic patterns consistent with legitimate business operations
• API Usage: Standard API call volumes that do not place undue burden on our infrastructure
• Storage: Reasonable use of media storage for product images and assets
• Bandwidth: Traffic consumption consistent with normal store operations

Determination of Abuse

Your Next Store reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine what constitutes a violation of this Fair Use Policy. Factors we may consider include, but are not limited to:

• Resource consumption significantly exceeding typical usage for your plan tier
• Patterns of usage that negatively impact platform performance for other users
• Automated or scripted activity that places excessive load on our systems
• Use of the Service in ways not intended or anticipated by these Terms

Restricted purposes

When you use any of Your Next Store’s Services, you acknowledge that you may not:

• Collect or extract information and/or user data from accounts which do not belong to you.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses or any type of malware, or information collection mechanism, including 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten others, or any of our employees engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Consequences of Fair Use Violations

Accounts found to be in violation of Restricted purposes are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

If we determine that your usage exceeds Fair Use Guidelines, we may:

• Contact you to discuss your usage and potential plan upgrades
• Temporarily limit certain features or functionality
• Require you to upgrade to a higher plan tier

Accounts found to be in continuous violation of any of the Fair Use Guidelines are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

How to report abuse

Violations can be reported by emailing report@yournextstore.com and should include detailed information about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots. If you need a secure file transfer, let us know and we will send you a link. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account.
