Typo-tolerant storefront search and welcome offer in the API

Storefront product search now forgives misspellings, so a shopper hunting for "sneekers" still lands on your sneakers instead of an empty result page. Search typos are one of the quietest ways a store loses a sale.

Welcome offer in the settings API

The settings endpoint now exposes the welcome offer, so external tooling can read the discount new subscribers receive and keep its own records in step.
