Some marketing work is worth handing to a professional instead of doing yourself. **Services** lets you request that work straight from your dashboard – you describe what you need, and someone from the YNS team takes it on and keeps you posted as they go.

## Where to find it

Open **Services** in your dashboard sidebar – it's always there, pinned above Settings. Anyone with access to your store can open it and see what's been requested, but only an **owner or admin on a paid plan** can start a new request.

## What you can request

| Service | Type | Budget | Term |
|---------|------|--------|------|
| **Meta Ads** | Ongoing | Your ad spend, excluding our fee | 3, 6, or 12 months |
| **Google Ads** | Ongoing | Your ad spend, excluding our fee | 3, 6, or 12 months |
| **SEO audit** | One-off | None | – |
| **SEO growth program** | Program | Total program budget, including our fee | 6 or 12 months |

A few more are on the way – Google Shopping feed, email marketing, product imagery, and a conversion review. You can't request these yet, but you can register your interest so we know demand is there.

> **Note:** Pricing, agreements, and invoicing for the work itself are handled directly with the YNS team, outside your dashboard. Any budget you enter when requesting is informational – it's not charged automatically.

## Make a request

1. Open **Services** and pick the offering you want.
2. Write a brief – what you're trying to achieve, and anything the team should know going in.
3. If it's relevant, add access identifiers such as your ad account, Business Manager, Google Ads customer, GA4 property, or Search Console property, so the team can get started without a back-and-forth. These are optional, and never passwords.
4. For services with a budget, enter the amount and pick a term.
5. Choose a start date, or leave it as **as soon as possible**.

Once submitted, your request shows up in **Services** with the rest of your history.

## Follow the work

Every request moves through the same stages:

| Status | What it means |
|--------|---------------|
| **Requested** | Sent, waiting for the team to pick it up |
| **In progress** | Someone on the team is actively working it |
| **Completed** | The work is done |
| **Cancelled** | Called off before completion |

Open a request to see its status and a feed of updates from the team, newest first – your original brief and configuration stay underneath so you can always check what you asked for. You'll get an email whenever the team posts an update.

## Cancel or stop a request

- **Still waiting to start?** You can cancel it yourself from the request page.
- **Already in progress?** You can request a stop. This flags it for the team, who'll wrap it up by completing or cancelling it – it doesn't stop on its own the moment you click.

## FAQ

### Do I need to be on a paid plan?

To view existing requests, no – anyone with access to your store can see them. To start a **new** request, yes, your store needs to be on a paid plan (an active Pro trial and Managed Commerce both qualify).

### Who can request a service?

Store owners and admins. Team members with other roles can see requests but can't start or cancel one.

### Will I be charged automatically?

No. Any budget or term you set is informational, so the team understands the scope you have in mind. Pricing, contracts, and invoicing happen separately, directly with the YNS team.

### Can I reopen a completed or cancelled request?

Not directly – if you need more work on the same thing, start a new request for that service. If you have a question about closed work, use the update thread or [open a support case](/help/account/get-support).

### What if the service I want isn't listed yet?

A few services are marked **coming soon**. You can register your interest from the Services page, which tells the team there's demand – it doesn't create a request.
