Line items can now carry custom properties, so shoppers can personalise what they buy – an engraving, a name or a note per item.

Shoppers can attach files to personalised lines. Uploads are private and visible only to the store.

Line item properties and shopper files now show on the order, so whoever fulfils it has every detail in one place.
